    Was refused an eye exam service for wearing a plastic face mask instead of a regular mask as I am exempt under the city bylaw. The doctor asked for a proof of exemption and kept referring to the bylaw as a reason for not being able to serve me. Please familiarize yourself with the bylaw you are forcing!
