    Failure to be an organized buisness

    I have made an appointment here every year for the last 4 years, and will never make another. Year after year i make an appointment and show up 10 min early only to wait for 1-1.5hrs after when my appointment should be. Made an appointment 3 weeks prior. This year i phoned a day in advance to double check my appointment. And was told 3. I show up the day of the appointment and they tell me it was at 1. now here i am waiting in the lounge. I will never come back and never reccommend to others.
