    Poor service & no support

    This office did my taxes wrong for 5 years in a row and now I owe the CRA $15,000 in back taxes, penalties and interest. They also provided no support whatsoever when I got audited. They did not return any of my phone calls or faxes. I will never go back and would not recommend this service to anyone.
