Wow where to begin. First time and last time client. I sent multiple emails in, no response, phoned and got such a cold reception about my taxes that I'd dropped off a week ago. No indication of being 'swamped' and I was told the tax preparer was just going out the door at 2:30pm. I was made to feel that my time and business is clearly not something that was needed so I'll remember that next tax season. Go there for basic stuff, sure, go there for SMB stuff, I'd recommend another business.
