Tim Hortons

Waited in line for almost 10 minutes and an extra 5 minutes at the window. The guy who handled our transaction also handled our food and drinks without washing his hands or wearing gloves. 4 other staff members were working.

Waited almost 5 minutes to order, sat again for another 5 minutes to receive our order at the window. I got my box of Tim bits, while my drinks sat inside. 3 staff inside running in circles doing whatever it was that they were doing. Finally, a girl opens the window and asked what we were waiting for. I said that the 2 drinks in front if her we mine. She didnt have a clue. AND, to top it off... not 1 staff member was wearing gloves during service! Tim Hortons @ 111 Enterprize Way in Oliver B.C.
