    Chris is amazing, he's been working with my son for almost a year now, things are going quite well. His knowledge, overall presence and demeanor are very professional. I would strongly recommend.

    My appointment went very well. I went in for a consult and left with some very helpful exercises. The physiotherapist was thorough, professional and personable. I would recommend Penticton Physiotherapy to anyone.

    Thorough and know...

    Thorough and knowledgeable Physio I received excellent care at this Physiotherapy office. I really appreciated the one on one care, and the time he spent discussing my shoulder pain. We tried multiple treatment techniques and I have had great success returning to my normal level of activity. I would recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a great physiotherapist!

    Disappointed Quic...

    Disappointed Quickly when over a few exercises with out providing any docs. I'm old and forgetful and need to write things down. Rushed me out promising to email info; he didn't. They where very interested in collecting the fee. It seems I got better information on Youtube.

    Dear Joanne, We're very sorry to hear your grievances about your visit. We strive to provide the best care for our patients, and attempt to provide this by blocking off one hour appointment times for the initial assessment and treatment, and only treating one patient at a time. We're sorry you feel you didn't receive this care during your visit with us. Unfortunately, we mistyped your email address when we sent over your exercise sheet, and for some reason we did not get a email informing us it had not sent (normally we would be informed and would have re-sent it to your correct email address). We have since re-sent the email to you. We sincerely apologise about the mistake, and would like to offer you a free follow up appointment to help continue your therapy.
