Great customer service

Terrible customer service. They offer you a 4 year warranty but then give you the run around and ignore your messages when they have to come back to fix their mistakes. Very dishonest …. I do not recommend hiring Christopher Landscape Construction to do landscaping or anything else for that matter! Just horrible to deal with once they receive payment good luck getting anything repaired!

Soil for the garden apparently ‘wasn’t in the quote’. Also didn’t think to recommend adding it since the machines were already back there and he was already bringing soil anyway for the new sod. Now stuck with having to wheel barrel 40 yards of soil oursleves to fill in the garden. Also emailed his office on 3 separate occasions to discuss the job months before and just showed up few days before. Lastly no drawing or even sketch to show us the plan.

Used them for snow removal for 2017/2018 and included contracting to shovel the walkway which they never did but driveway was cleared quickly. Used them again in 2018/2019 (without paying them to shovel the walkway) and they were terribly late clearing after every snowfall and once were 24 hours late. No response to emails or voicemails... and if you caught one of the fellows plowing, there was always an excuse about broken truck and too many commercial jobs. Definitely don’t recommend them now.

Chris and his team did a great job on our front interlock patio. We were very impressed with the quality of work and service. They went out of their way to add specific patio stones we requested last minute. The crew was great, I would highly recommend.

Chris took care of my snow removal this year (2019) as well as last year (2018). Even after our contract ended on the 15th of April, he took care of my property as well as my parents, after the ice storm we got. He’s nothing but friendly, accommodating and reasonably priced. I am very pleased with his services each and every time!!

Unimpressive snow removal service. Left snow in large pile on street beside driveway. Calls to this company always to answering recorder. Never got a return call.
