cant be trusted

It took 5 full days to replace an altenator..They drove around in my truck and ran out of fuel and charged me 2 hours labour to bleed the system.

5 DAYS INCLUDED:::: Taking your truck to a specialist, to check LOTS of electric problems, (less than 12 km distance both ways) Removing alternator, wait for the supplier to come and pick it up, to get it rebuilt and return to us = 2 days time Check and fix 2 shorted wires. Your truck ran out of fuel on the way out of our shop to try and check the transmission. Go get fuel for YOUR truck (which had enough to drive only 12km) we have a big sign in our office --"" customer should make sure to have 1/4 tank of fuel min in their car""", which obviously you ignored. Check your transmission. It took us 4hrs labour + many battery charges to bleed fuel system. which we charged you only 2hrs & you decided to pay only 1hr adn I accepted. ***NOT A CUSTOMER I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE ON OUR CUSTOMER LIST ***
